*The hotel fee includes only breakfast. The registration fee covers other meals, as well as coffee and lunch breaks, school materials, and access to all talks and practical demonstrations.
**Participants should book their accommodation at the preferred hotel using a provided form, or they can choose alternative accommodations.
***The 7-night option includes 2 days of sightseeing around the country after the school.

The sponsors of the ECS-10 provide financial support for scholarships awarded to students, PhDs, and junior post-docs (within 3 years of graduation).
Members of the International Advisory Board of ECS-10 will be responsible for selecting the recipients of the financial support. The awarding policy will align with the IUCr guidelines on gender balance (https://www.iucr.org/iucr/principles-and-policies/gender-balance).
To apply for financial assistance, please send an email to ljpejov@yahoo.com with the subject line “Bursary Application.” Your application should be a single PDF file named “your_name.pdf” and should include the following items (each with a maximum of 2 pages):
CV
Summary of your work (internship, PhD thesis, or post-doctoral research)
Recommendation letter from your team director or supervisor
Motivation letter
All applications must be submitted no later than May 15, 2025. Decisions will be announced by May 31, 2025.
Award recipients must confirm their acceptance of financial support to the organizers within one week of receiving notification; failure to do so will result in the revocation of the scholarship, which will then be offered to another candidate.
To activate the scholarship, you must pay the registration fees by the deadline of May 15, 2025, and attend the school in person. If registration is not completed with the payment of fees, the scholarship will be revoked and awarded to the next candidate on the waiting list.
Candidates who receive previously revoked scholarships must also confirm their acceptance to the organizers within one week of notification.
Scholarship payments will be made via bank transfer after the school, based on submitted receipts for travel expenses. The reimbursed amount will be at least €350.
